Wong has been living and working in the UK since 2011. Natural aesthetic is the central conceptual basis of Wong’s artwork. Influenced by the formal mathematics training, his works revolve the idea of undesigned beauty in the subjects surround us. He explores the harmony in our visual environment, which resonates the research process involved in mathematics study. By working on varies artistic mediums, he aims to convey the most primitive aesthetic to his viewers.
Wong’s concept was prompted by the excessively designed urban environment in the modern world. While probing closely into the daily objects, one can finds almost everything has been designed on purpose to fulfill our needs, which include visual pleasure. We are gradually flooded by the creativity of mankind through the progress of civilization and little originality of the nature has been remained. Wong searches on subjects that embody the natural aesthetics, paralleling the field of mathematics, which often represent the beauty in nature.

Ultimately, Wong’s work focuses on three fundamental questions: Does natural beauty exist? What remains true forever? Does human have freewill?
