Laura Hoyos
 
Laura Hoyos (b.1996) is a Colombian-born, London-based food artist-designer working across multiple disciplines. She founded Hito Estudio where she explores the art of gathering around a dinner table (comedor) and translates the act of eating into a multisensory and artistic experience. Her design approach is relational and research based, involving a multidisciplinary design service around food and art design, photography, mixed-media production, editorial, and visual design. She continually explores and reflects on the human connection to food and the culture surrounding dinner tables.
