From "Rebirth" to "Co-Boundary" — Gao Xiaowu Exhibition
Organized by Shuihuashi Culture, hosted by COFCO Landmark, and co-organized by Mother Nature Foundation, the Gao Xiaowu exhibition "From Rebirth to Co-Boundary" opens at COFCO Landmark, continuing through September 30, 2022.
Gao Xiaowu's art consistently embodies the concept of "being present," practicing what he terms "Art for Everyone." His works, often humorous and gentle without aggression, reflect metaphorical, non-extreme rational contemplation, expressing social concern, critique, and reflection. His early renowned series include "Standard Age," "City Dreams," "Our Generation," "Soft Violence," and "Entrance & Exit." His recent "Rebirth" series addresses everyday phenomena, inviting viewers to reconnect with nature in an accessible, thoughtful manner, maximizing the impact of art on society.
