Demmy Dale

With training alongside renowned chefs she refined her craft and developed a unique culinary style that combines the best of classic techniques with innovative twists. From the sizzle of the pan to the aroma that fills the air, she knows how to captivate taste buds and ignite a love affair with food.

Being raised in a house full of women, cooking quickly became a release in their household, a time to come together and experiment. With a Sicilian-French father known for his passion and culinary excellence, Demmy's most treasured memories were created in the kitchen with him. From crafting the thinnest red rum crêpes to the comforting aroma of fresh bread from his beloved bread machine, these moments shaped her culinary journey. Her grandmother, on the other hand, introduced her to the art of cakes and pastry, laying the foundation for her love of baking and the desire to share that joy with others.

At the ripe age of 16, Demmy decided to pursue cooking as a career, further solidifying her passion by attending culinary school, honing her skills and knowledge in the art of cooking.
Now a Chef, her career began in the fine-dining-hot-kitchen. As the years went on she became a head chef and dove into menu development and restaurant rebranding. Although, in a later position she was promoted to Head Pastry Chef, where she found her passion for creating dainty delicacies and exploring the art of baking.

Now, as she embarks on her path of pastries she’s inspired to share her craft of baking and bring joy to others through it, brining together those who love food and all things sweet, definitely making some friends along the way!
